Sonoma Pool and Spa

This spa building and surrounding pool and grounds was a complete makeover of an existing residence. The entire back yard, including pool, was demolished. The new terraces, trellis work, pool, steam room and spa building were carved back into a re‐compacted hillside with over 1500 yards of material reworked. The difficulty factor of this project was high since the existing ground is mostly rock and the surrounding old growth trees needed to be protected. The spa building has two Fleetwood glass walls that open the spa and gym area to the open air. The floors and decks are all reclaimed teak.
